How Does the Platform Work?

• 1. Upon accessing the website, you'll land on the Registration page. Provide your email address which will be used for subsequent logins. An OTP will be sent to verify your email address. If you do not find the OTP in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
• 2. After successful registration, you'll be directed to the "Complete Profile" page. Here, furnish truthful details of the prospective bride or groom. You can attach a maximum of six photographs. The photographs will be subject to approval by the admin.
• 3. You have the option to keep the visibility of your photos private or public. If you choose to keep your photos private, they will only be visible to a member after you accept a "Photo Interest Received" request.
• 4. Those who believe in horoscope matching may include their date and place of birth in the "About Me" section of their profile. If they wish, they can also upload a picture of their horoscope in the "Photos" section. Alternatively, they have the option to exchange this information after establishing contact with each other.
• 5. Each completed profile will receive a unique profile ID, which must be referenced in all future communications with us.
• 6. Post-profile creation, navigate to the "My Search" page to search for matching profiles. Express your interest in selected profiles using the "Send Interest" button.
• 7. Upon expressing interest, an email will be dispatched to the selected profile conveying your intent. The recipient can then view your complete profile, excluding contact details, and decide to Accept or Decline your interest.
• 8. If the recipient accepts your interest, both parties will gain access to each other’s contact details for further communication. They can also chat and send messages to each other by clicking “Message” button on the profile.
• 9. If photos details have been set to “private”, a separate photo interest needs to be sent and accepted to view their photos.
• 10. Likewise, if someone shows interest in your profile or photos, you'll receive an email with their details, and you can choose to Accept or Decline.
• 11. If, for any reason, including finding a suitable match, you wish to deactivate your profile and stop receiving matches, you can do so via the "Deactivate Profile" button.
• 12. To maintain profile visibility-
  •   a. Ensure your profile details are accurate and complete. Any reported fake or inaccurate profiles will be immediately deleted and not reinstated.
  •   b. Stay active on the platform. Profiles inactive for 6 months will be automatically deactivated.
• 13. Log in to the platform using your email address and password. All communication regarding the platform will be sent to the registered email address.
• 14. For issues or reporting inaccurate profiles, contact us via email from your registered email ID, mentioning your profile ID in the subject line.
